KHQ-TV Spokane - Construction on the freeway has resumed but criminal charges are unlikely in the Bonney Lake construction accident that killed Josh, Vanessa and Hudson Ellis. Subcontractors pulled from Bonney Lake project after deaths
The Columbian - Bonney Lake announced Friday evening that subcontractors involved in work on an overpass where a family of three was killed will be removed from the project. Construction will resume Monday on a sidewalk project on the state Route 410 overpass where a deadly accident occurred April 13.
