WA: Chehalis Council to Consider Senior Bus Fare Subsidies
Mass Transit - March 24--The Chehalis City Council directed City Manager Merlin MacReynold to meet with Twin Transit Manager Rob LaFontaine to study the feasibility of paying for the bus fare of Chehalis seniors over 70 years of age. Wash. pizza deliveryman says he was assaulted with bear spray
KBCI CBS 2 - The Lewis County sheriff's office says a pizza delivery driver reports he was spritzed in the face with bear spray in what was believed to have been an unsuccessful robbery attempt. Sheriff's Chief Deputy Stacy Brown says the 44-year-old Sahara Pizza driver was trying to deliver a pizza Tuesday in Centralia, Washington, and was approaching the order address when a man stepped into the road.
