Man wanted on vehicular homicide warrants from Puget area finds he can't stay in Port Angeles
Peninsula Daily News - A former King County man wanted on four counts of alcohol-related vehicular homicide is in custody in the King County jail after he was arrested without incident at his new address in Port Angeles. Nicholas Windsor Anderson, 38, of Des Moines was apprehended at 11:10 p.m. last Thursday at a home in Port Angeles after changing his address with the state Department of Licensing as of last Wednesday, Deputy Police Chief Brian Smith said. Feds deport Chinese man convicted in fatal Des Moines crash
Seattle Times - A Chinese national who caused a fatal crash in Des Moines in 2012 has been deported and is barred from returning to the U.S. for 10 years, according to a spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Seattle. Yichun Xu, 21, was released from the state Department of Corrections on Oct. 6 and was immediately booked into the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, said ICE spokesman Andrew Munoz. Read more...

Man charged with vehicular homicide in crash that killed four, severely injured one
Auburn Reporter - The King County Prosecutor's office on Friday charged a 38-year-old Des Moines man with four counts of vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular assault for the accident Oct. 25 on Auburn Way South that killed four young people and severely injured a fifth. Police say Nicholas W. Anderson had taken a friend's Nissan and, under the influence of alcohol, was driving it at least 60 mph in a posted 35-mph zone just before 2 a.m. when he lost control, left the road and slammed into a tree and mowed down three utility boxes.
