The Oregonian - Apple has agreed to lease almost two floors of a downtown Seattle office skyscraper, joining other Silicon Valley companies expanding in the area, said two people with knowledge of the matter. TBM 'Bertha' May Begin Excavating Again Under Seattle This Fall
