The Seattle sell-off continues: Belltown apartment tower hits the market
Business Journal - It seems downtown Seattle is having a big sale of new apartment towers, with a recently completed project in Belltown coming to the market. On Wednesday, national real estate development company Wood Partners , which built the 27-story Belltown project called Dimension, said the tower is now on the market seven months after the building opened at the southwest corner of Cedar Street and Third Avenue.
