City of Bellevue - With Seahawks mascot "Blitz" and Bellevue''s own traffic safety mascot, "Pedbee," cheering them on, students at Bellevue schools will celebrate International Walk to School Day on Wednesday, October 8. Eight elementary schools will promote safe walking, healthier students, safer streets and more connected neighborhoods with safe routes to schools: Ardmore, Cherry Crest, Enatai, Newport Heights, Phantom Lake, Sherwood Forest, Somerset and Spiritridge. Black Lab missing after truck stolen in Bellevue
Seattle Post-Intelligencer - A 1984 black Mazda B2000 pickup truck was stolen Friday night from the parking lot of St. Margaret's Church in the 4200 block of Factoria Boulevard Southeast, according to Bellevue police.
