16-story hotel to join high-rise under construction in downtown Seattle
Business Journal - New York developer Widewaters Group said this week it plans to build a 16-story hotel above the garage and next to Equity Residential's 40-story apartment complex currently under construction at Second Avenue and Stewart Street, according to the Daily Journal of Commerce .
