Sultan Harvest rehomed to Sultan High Commons

Community buy-in, participation vital to Sultan & Sky Valley Block Watch Network
The Monroe Monitor & Valley News - In May, when The Sky Valley Community Block Watch Network was re-established in response to a rising number of incidents including burglary, petty theft, car prowls and illegal drug activity, it was determined that Block Watch would be a community-driven organization made up of volunteers. Winds fuel early-morning house fire in Sultan

Boots n' Bridles peddling wreaths this weekend
The Monroe Monitor & Valley News - Boots n' Bridles, a Snohomish County 4-H club in Gold Bar, will be selling Christmas wreaths during their annual fundraiser at the Gold Bar Family Grocer on November 22 and 23 from noon to 5 p.m. Boots n' Bridles 4-H Club has members from grades 3 to 12. The wreath fundraiser supports most of their events including fair presentations, group trail rides, ridings, clinics, and more. Snohomish Co. to pay $600k for stun gun death
KTMF - Snohomish County has agreed to pay $600,000 to the family of a man who suffered a fatal heart attack in 2010 after he was shocked with an electric stun gun by a sheriff's deputy. The Everett Herald reports Saturday that 25-year-old Adam Colliers died outside a Gold Bar home after a brief encounter with two deputies who were responding to calls of someone shouting in the neighborhood.
