Sequim man killed in Kingston wreck identified; head-on crash remains under investigation
Peninsula Daily News - A 28-year-old Sequim man who died in a head-on wreck on state Highway 104 in Kingston on Wednesday night has been identified as Benjamin MacQueen. The State Patrol said MacQueen was driving westbound in a 1994 Toyota Camry when he crossed the centerline and collided with an oncoming 1994 Jeep Cherokee driven by James A. Norberg at the intersection of Parcells Road at about 7:45 p.m. Both vehicles rotated counterclockwise at impact. Read more...

Wash. FF Won't be Charged for Fatal Crash
FireHouse.com - March 10--PORT ORCHARD -- The Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office won't file criminal charges against the North Kitsap firefighter who was driving a fire engine that struck and killed a 48-year-old Kingston man July 4. Jason T. Foster was killed when a North Kitsap Fire and Rescue engine, turning from Miller Bay Road to West Kingston Road, collided with his 2006 Yamaha YP400 Majesty scooter. Kitsap County Prosecutor Tina Robinson evaluated the case and "determined there was not sufficient evidence to prove that any crime had been committed," according to a news release from the Prosecutor's Office. Prep Gymnastics: Port Angeles vaults to victory in only home meet
Peninsula Daily News - The Port Angeles/Sequim gymnastics team bested three visiting squads in the team's lone home meet of the season at Klahhane Gymnastics Center.
