Barbara Bailey, R-Oak Harbor, and John Braun, R-Centralia, said their bill would cap resident undergraduate tuition at a percentage of the average Washington wage. Olympic hopeful J.D. Bergman to speak at OHHS on Feb. 7
Beacon - That is the mindset Oak Harbor native J.D. Bergman is carrying with him as he continues his journey on the wrestling trail in the hopes that he can qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
