New community radio station will put antenna on top of Phinney Ridge's Norse Home
Phinneywood - Fulcrum Community Communications has received a permit for its new low-power FM radio station that will reach residents of Greenwood, Phinney Ridge, Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford, Green Lake, Queen Anne and Magnolia.
