Port Townsend woman still in hospital after Port Hadlock wreck
Peninsula Daily News - A Port Townsend woman was listed in stable condition at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton after a head-on collision on Chimacum Road in Port Hadlock on Friday morning. Lynn Rae Chesterfield, 54, of Port Townsend was driving southbound in a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe when it crossed the centerline and collided with a 1999 Ford Mustang driven northbound by Dawn Inez Lovitt, 50, of Poulsbo at Elkins Road, according to a State Patrol collision memo. Anderson, Gibbs lakes in Jefferson remain closed to recreation because of toxin levels
Peninsula Daily News - Both Anderson and Gibbs lakes remain closed to fishing, boating and swimming, although the latest test of Anderson Lake found it no longer contains a harmful amount of toxin.
