Hommage pens a new chapter in French dining on Queen Anne
Seattle Times - When chef Nico Borzee and general manager Ryan Suh were chosen by owners Michael and Sumi Almquist to remake the restaurant formerly known as Book Bindery, the two young men brainstormed ways to honor the restaurant's four-year history, while creating something fresh and modern.
