Rents are half the Queen Anne norm at revitalized apartments
Seattle Times - Jaime Welker, right, and daughter Olivia Vaughan-Welker, 17, were able to continue living on Queen Anne by qualifying for a two-bedroom apartment at a 50-unit building designed for lower-income workers. Wild Salmon Seafood to close (and move) this Sunday as new butcher finalizes plans
