Seattle economist Matthew Gardner closes his firm to join Windermere
Business Journal - On Monday morning, Seattle economist Matthew Gardner won't ride the monorail to work in downtown Seattle as he has for years; instead, he'll drive his Jeep to his new job as chief economist at Windermere Real Estate's headquarters on Sand Point Way.
